Everything you need to know about what's included with your HoneyCushion order.
What am I getting for free?
Every HoneyCushion order automatically includes three bonus items at no extra cost — you don't need a discount code, and there's nothing extra to pay at checkout:
- Free Shipping (normally £4.95) — your order ships to you at no delivery charge.
- Extra Cover (normally £9.95) — one free cover included with every cushion you order.
- 1 Year Warranty (normally £4.95) — extended manufacturer cover for your cushion for 12 months from the delivery date.
The crossed-out prices simply show the normal value of each item if bought separately — you are not charged for them, and they are not optional upsells. They are added to your order automatically.
Do I need to do anything to claim this?
No. There's no code to enter and no box to tick. As long as you complete your purchase during the promotion, all three items are included and shipped together with your cushion in the same package.
Is this a limited-time offer?
Yes — this bundle is available for a limited time and may change or end without notice. The version of the offer valid for your order is the one shown on the product page at the time you complete checkout.
What exactly is the "Extra Cover"?
The listed price on our product page is for the HoneyCushion itself (in purple). As part of this offer, we give you one free cover for every cushion you buy:
- Buy 1 cushion → get 1 free cover
- Buy 2 cushions → get 2 free covers
- Buy 4 cushions → get 4 free covers
If you'd like more covers than cushions — for example, 2 cushions with 3 covers — the first covers matching your cushion quantity are free, and you're only charged for the additional cover(s). In this example, you would pay for the 3rd cover only.
How does the 1 Year Warranty work?
The warranty covers your HoneyCushion against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
